Tigers Still Going Strong

11:37 pm

Prior to the game, the Detroit Tigers said they wanted to score a lot against the Cubs today in order to help Kenny Rogers get his 200th career win. That’s exactly what they did. They hit 8 home runs, tying a franchise record, and they ended up winning 12-3. Rogers got his 10th win this season, making him the first AL player to do so. It’s amazing what this team has done so far, and it doesn’t look like they’re going to let up anytime soon.
