Remember how I had some problems with my computer? Well I think I figured out what was wrong with it. I had some bad RAM—it was corrupting the data stored on it. That must have corrupted the registry.

I don’t know why I didn’t check this before. After looking back, I realized I was getting memory errors. I thought to myself that it could be the RAM, but I disregarded that idea because I thought the computer would stop recognizing the RAM altogether.

Well I learned my lesson. I replaced the RAM and all seems well.
