Urban Legends

Snopes.com reveals the truth about many urban legends. If you ever receive an e-mail from a friend and you wonder if it’s really true, search Snopes.com to find out. Very nice info!!

    I wish more people were aware of this. I feel so bad sometimes having to point stuff out to people. It is like the more people get on the net the more all those bs e-mails start floating around. I almost keep one of my e-mail addy’s secret from people new to e-mail for that reason alone.

    There was a graphic novel I read once that was all about urban legends, but those were more like classic stories that you’ve heard a million times from different people. and each legend was illustrated by a cartoonist like a two page cartoon stip type of thing. I should look some of those up and see if there are any missing

    Actually snopes.com doesn’t list strict “urban legends” but things like common fallicies, rumors, and recent stories you might have heard about. See their Leave a Reply
